Mineo's Now Has Its Own Beer Brand

PITTSBURGH, PA — Mineo's, one of the city's most popular pizzerias, now has its own beer brand. In collaboration with Helltown brewery, Mineo's Whatsamatta You is now available.

The beer is a west coast IPA, with a 6.7 percent alcohol per volume. According to its description from Helltown, the beer's light malt backbone allows the aggressive amount of old-school American hopes to shine. It delivers a strong aroma of pine, lime and grass with a dank and citrusy hoppy slap on the palate that finishes bitter and dry.

The beer, whose cans features Mineo's-themed art, is being launched as Mineo's prepares to open its third location in the North Hills.
