New York Attorney General Letitia James released a report contending that Cuomo sexually harassed 11 women and created a hostile work environment for females. A civil inquiry into his conduct asserted that women were being truthful in claiming Cuomo touched them inappropriately, discussed their appearance and made suggestive comments to them.

Cuomo denied any wrongdoing in a videotaped response from his office and has said he will not resign.

U.S. Rep. Madeleine Dean of Pennsylvania also weighed in via Twitter.
