GIBSONIA, PA — For the second time this week, someone has won a massive Pennsylvania Lottery jackpot that was purchased in the Pittsburgh area.
A $5 million Monopoly Own It All scratch-off ticket was sold at the Route 8 Shop 'n Save on William Flynn Highway in Gibsonia, lottery officials announced on Wednesday. The grocery receives a $10,000 bonus for selling the winner.
Monopoly Own It All is a $50 game that offers top prizes of $5 million.

Scratch-off prizes expire one year from the game's end-sale date posted at palottery.com. Winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and call the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481.
On Monday, lottery officials announced that someone had won a $3 million prize by purchasing a scratch-off ticket at another Allegheny County location.
