Man pleads guilty after trying to carry stun grenade onto plane at Pittsburgh airport, DOJ says (wpxi.com) — A Morgantown man has pleaded guilty to possessing an unregistered flashbang-style stun grenade discovered in his carry-on at Pittsburgh International Airport, according to federal prosecutors. The 2024 incident led to a federal firearms charge, and sentencing in January could bring up to 10 years in prison and a substantial fine, underscoring strict security enforcement for Pittsburgh-area air travelers.
   

3. Andy 'The Butcher' Williams Suffered Medical Emergency & Rush To Hospital at 9/5 Enjoy Wrestling Event In Pittsburgh [Update: Enjoy Wrestling Issues Statement on The Butcher's Medical Emergency] (tpww.net) — Fans at a Pittsburgh Enjoy Wrestling show saw a frightening scene when wrestler Andy "The Butcher" Williams collapsed after his tag-team match and required CPR before being rushed to the hospital. Organizers quickly ended the event, sent everyone home, and later confirmed they're awaiting more information at the hospital. Local attendees described paramedics using chest compressions and a defibrillator as Williams was taken away unconscious.
   

4. Yusei Kikuchi tosses 6 scoreless as Angels beat Pirates (statenews.net) — Pittsburgh Pirates fans saw the offense stifled Saturday night as the visiting Los Angeles Angels beat them 6-1, despite a perfect night at the plate from Bryan Reynolds, who homered and walked. Yusei Kikuchi shut out Pittsburgh over six innings, while the Angels steadily built their lead with extra-base hits that snapped their recent losing streak.
