Pittsburgh Likely To See Weeknd Traffic Tie-Ups, Parking Problems
Thousands of people from all over Western Pennsylvania are expected to descend on Downtown Pittsburgh this weekend.

PITTSBURGH, PA — With three major events occurring simultaneously this weekend in and around Downtown Pittsburgh, traffic jams and likely and parking spaces will be at a premium.
The Pittsburgh Pride Revolution is occurring Friday through Sunday in Downtown, on the North Side and in Bloomfield. One of the highlights of the event is the Pittsburgh Pride march and parade that will occur Saturday at noon.
Participants will begin lining up at 10 a.m. on Liberty Avenue at 11th Street, Downtown. The parade route will proceed westbound on Liberty, turn right onto Seventh Street, continue over the Andy Warhol Bridge onto Sandusky Street, turn left onto South Commons and end in Allegheny Commons Park West for the Pittsburgh Pride Festival.

In addition to Pride, the Pirates play a three-game series against the St. Louis Cardinals this weekend. The starting times will be 7:05 p.m. on Friday, 4:05 p.m. on Saturday and 11:35 a.m. on Sunday. The Pirates will have two promotions this weekend: Saturday will be Oneil Cruz Bobblehead Day and Sunday will be Kids Day-Sesame Street Day.
The Three Rivers Arts Festival also kicks off this weekend in the Downtown Cultural District. Fort Duquesne Boulevard from Stanwix Street to Ninth Street for the entire festival, which runs June 2-11.
