Here are the top stories in Pittsburgh today:

1) PennDOT District 11 is announcing inspection activities in the Fort Pitt Tunnel in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will continue Monday night, November 7. Inspection activities requiring the closure of the Fort Pitt Tunnel will occur each night from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. according to the following schedule: Monday night, November 7 – Inbound (eastbound) closure; Tuesday night, November 8 – Inbound (eastbound) closure; Wednesday night, November 9 – Outbound (westbound) closure; Thursday night, November 10 – Outbound (westbound) closure. 2) New guidance from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has led Allegheny County to publish a list of ballots that were undated or incorrectly dated ahead of the mid-term election. A statement from Allegheny County Elections Division gave a response to the guidance, stating in part, "Because the order was just released yesterday, there is not opportunity to notify impacted voters by letter." This short timeline led the county to publish lists of undated and incorrectly dated ballots, based on the new guidance from the court. Voters can visit the county's main election website at alleghenyvotes.com, where they can find links to both lists. The county says voters whose names appear on the lists can visit the elections office in person to cure the vote or vote provisionally.

4) More than 4,100 runners laces up their shoes and for 10th annual EQT Pittsburgh 10 Miler. Elaina Tabb, of Pittsburgh, crossed the finish line with a time of 55:49 — beating last year's time by nearly a minute — and Dylan Gearinger, from Dunmore, Pa., won with a time of 49:02, according to the official race results announcement. Runners from 28 states and six countries participated, according to the race website. The 10-mile race started early Sunday on West Carson Street near Station Square. 5) A chase involving Pittsburgh police turned deadly early Sunday morning. One man died after fleeing the police in Pittsburgh's Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood and crashing into a wall. The incident started when officers responded to a crash scene at Eckert Street and Beaver Avenue around 6:40 a.m. A car pinned against a wall, and the male driver was unresponsive. Police said the driver woke up and spoke to officers through a window. During the conversation, police officers saw a large amount of narcotics on the man's lap and asked him to get out of the car. They said the man drove off and hit an unoccupied patrol car head-on while speeding south on Beaver Avenue. The vehicle then collided with a light standard on Island Avenue before crashing into a wall and catching fire, according to police. The driver was pulled from the car and taken to a hospital in critical condition. He later died from his injuries. Police are investigating.
