Rally's Expanding Pittsburgh Presence
Rally's is about to open a second Pittsburgh-area location. Find out here where it will be.

MUNHALL, PA — Three years after opening its first Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania restaurant in decades, Rally's is expanding its local presence.
The drive-thru chain will open at 906 East 8th Avenue in Munhall, near the Enterprise rent-a-car lot. According to a release from Rally's the eatery's modular building will be delivered, placed and secured on the lot via crane before being assembled piece-by-piece.
The newest location is owned by franchisee Wally Goraya. The restaurant will feature Rally’s menu of hand-seasoned hamburgers, hots dogs, sandwiches, milkshakes and fries.

If the Rally's name sounds familiar, that might be because there were several Rally's restaurants in the Pittsburgh area back in the 1990s. - including the North Side and Wilkinsburg. But Rally's disappeared from the market after merging with Checkers in 1999.
When Rally's returned to Pittsburgh with a Penn Hills franchise, demand for its food was so strong that traffic back-ups occurred on Frankstown Road.

Rally's did not immediately provide an anticipated opening date for the new Munhall location.
