BUTLER, PA — Donald Trump will make a campaign stop near Pittsburgh next week on the eve of the Republican National Convention. The former president and presumptive GOP presidential nominee will appear at the Butler Farm Show grounds on July 13 at 5 p.m.

Trump will visit the battleground Keystone State just two days before the Republican convention begins in Milwaukee on July 15. The rally will be Trump's first visit to Pennsylvania during the current presidential campaign.

"Pennsylvania has been ravaged by monumental surges in violent crime as a direct result of Biden’s and Democrats’ pro-criminal policies," a release from the Trump campaign stated.

"Last year, Pittsburgh reported the highest number of murders in more than a decade. In Philadelphia, retail theft has increased by 84 percent. These upticks are incomprehensible and devastating and more importantly - preventable!"

Tickets for the rally are available on Trump's campaign website. Only two tickets per mobile phone number can be registered for the event. All tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
