Two New Coronavirus Deaths Reported In Allegheny County
Here are the latest coronavirus case numbers for Allegheny County and southwestern Pennsylvania.
PITTSBURGH, PA - Two more people have died in Allegheny County from the coronavirus, the county health department announced Friday. The death toll in the county during the outbreak is now at 141.
The number of coronavirus cases climbed to 1,582, up from 1,551 on Thursday and 1,545 on Wednesday.
Two hundred and ninety people have been hospitalized in the county during the outbreak, but from 285 on Thursday.

With 512 confirmed cases in Beaver County, 422 in Westmoreland County, 199 in Butler County and 129 in Washington County, that brings the total number of cases in the five-county southwestern Pennsylvania region to 2,844.
According to the state Department of Health, there have now been been 265 coronavirus deaths
thus far in the five-county region: One hundred and forty-one in in Allegheny County, 82 in Beaver County, 32 in Westmoreland County, six in Butler County and four in Washington County.
