Someone purchased the jackpot winner nearly a year ago. If it isn't claimed soon, the ticket will expire.

HARRISBURG, PA — A jackpot-winning Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 ticket worth $1.65 million remains unclaimed and soon will expire, lottery officials warned Tuesday.
The winning ticket was purchased for the Dec. 16, 2021 drawing; a prize claim must be filed next month by Dec. 16 or the ticket will expire.
The unclaimed winning ticket was sold by Jak Petroleum Company LLC, 2232 River Road in Vandergrift, Armstrong County. The ticket matched all five balls drawn, 8-12-18-31-35.

By law, unclaimed, expired lottery prizes remain in the lottery fund and are used to support programs benefiting older Pennsylvanians. Although some lotteries give players only 90 or 180 days to claim a prize, Pennsylvania Lottery draw game prizes may be claimed on a business day
up to one year from the drawing date.
Lottery officials advised players to check every ticket, every time, using self-service scanners found at retailers or with the Ticket Checker on the Lottery’s Official App. Winning tickets should be signed immediately for proof of ownership.
