• Financing secured for conversion of former hotel in Plymouth Meeting to apartments (morethanthecurve.com) — A shuttered DoubleTree Suites in Plymouth Meeting is officially being refinanced and converted into Hickory Crossing, a 213-unit apartment community, after securing $31.5 million in funding. With zoning approvals already in place and another nearby office-to-apartment project nearing completion at Plymouth Meeting Mall, this cluster of new housing could significantly reshape local traffic, amenities, and rental options for residents starting early next year.
