Blue Bell Resident, Salvatore M. DeBunda named Board Chairman for Encore Series, Inc.

Encore Series Inc., presenter of the PHILLY POPS®, announces 2013-14 Board Leadership team with Salvatore M. DeBunda as Board Chairman.

Encore Series, Inc. which presents The Philly POPS®, announced the election of new officers of their board of directors and the appointment of four new board members. The new leadership team was effective July 1, 2013, as the music organization launches an exciting new era and prepares to welcome the POPS’ first new conductor in 34 years. Maestro Michael Krajewski takes center stage in July 2013, following the long tenure of founding music director Peter Nero. Krajewski is the internationally-admired Pops conductor who leads successful Pops programs in Houston, Atlanta and Jacksonville and guest conducts throughout the world.

Salvatore M. DeBunda, Esq., has been elected the board Chairman.  He said, “We are all appreciative of the great service D. Walter Cohen, DDS has provided as board chair for many years. I look forward to working with the board and with Frank Giordano, President and CEO, in this next phase of The Philly POPS.” DeBunda’s leadership team includes Vice Chairman Gary A. Frank, board Secretary Charles Keates, Esq., and board Treasurer Louis K. Habina, Esq. The four new members appointed to the board of directors are attorneys Joseph Del Raso and Charles Mandracchia, piano retailer Al C. Rinaldi and commercial real estate developer Gary Silvi.
