Brandywine to Hold Community Meeting on Proposed Apt. Complex
Will share anticipated construction schedule and hold brief Q&A.
As , Brandywine Realty Trust has presented updated designs to Plymouth Township to build a 398-unit apartment complex at 134 Plymouth Road.
Brandywine will now hold a "community informational meeting" about the proposed development on Monday, July 30 to inform residents about the project. According to a letter sent by the company, the meeting will explain the updated plans and elevations for the project, as well as share the anticipated timing of construction and road improvements.
A "brief question and answer session" with Brandywine representatives and professional consultants will follow, the letter says.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Monday on the first floor of the company's 401 Plymouth Road Conference Center. The letter provided the following directions:
When you arrive at 401 Plymouth Road, please park on the top level of the garage. Enter the building at this level. Proceed down the hall to the Conference Center on the left side.
In addition, Plymouth township will first consider the application at a Planning Agency meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 1, at 7 p.m. at the township building. According to a notice from the township, the meeting will be "the best opportunity [for residents] to see the plans and ask questions."
