Conshohocken St. Patrick's Day Parade 2026: What To Know

One of the region's most beloved parades will pay tribute to America's semiquincentennial with the theme "Irish Hands Building America."

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — One of the region's largest and most beloved St. Patrick's Day events is back for 2026.

The Conshohocken St. Patrick's Day Parade will be held on Saturday, March 14.

The theme for 2026 will tie in to America's 250th birthday celebrations, also known as the semiquincentennial. The parade's logo this year features the slogan "Irish Hands Building America."

The parade itself will run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. down Fayette Street.

Fayette will be shut down from 11th Avenue to Elm Street, while multiple side streets including East 11th Avenue, Hallowell Street (9th to 13th), and East 1st Avenue (Fayette to Harry) are also likely to be closed.

More precise details for road closures will be announced in this coming days, but bet on serious traffic if you're driving in. Detours typically last most of the day beginning at around 10 a.m. and lasting until 6 p.m. or so.

During and after the parade, pubs and restaurants all along the route will host special events.

James P. Gallagher has been named the grand marshal for the 2026 event.

The parade traces its roots to the old Norristown parade which started in 1992. Since 2006, it's been in Conshohocken and organized by the A.O.H. Notre Dame Division 1 Montgomery County.

The Conshohocken St. Paddy’s Day 5K Classic will take place at 12:30 p.m., beginning on 819 Fayette Street. It's the 13th year for the event. Registration can be found online here.
