Conshohocken to Repair Four 'High Priority' Roadways
Council allocates additional funds, Borough comes in under budget mid-year.

Conshohocken Council has approved the acceptance of bids to make repairs to the following roadways:
- 1000 block of Hallowell Street
- 500 block of the alley between Fayette Street and Harry Street
- 200 block of the alley between 11th Avenue and 12th Avenue
- 200 block of East 5th Avenue
Council voted unanimously to put the repairs out to bid at its Aug. 15 meeting. Councilman Ed Phipps was absent.
Officials said the streets were the first four on its list of "high priority" roadways, and that an additional $100,000 had been allocated to make these repairs. In a separate but related matter, councilman Raj Gupta said the township was $126,500 under budget as of the mid-year budget review.
