EPC News: 12 Sep,2013: India: Gurgaon: Construction of the ‘Palm Terraces Select Housing Complex’ in Gurgaon will be done by IL&FS engineering and construction company as per the letter of intent (LoI) awarded from Emaar-MGF.
Duration of the project being, the total value of the project is estimated at Rs135.50 crore.
The work for the project involves civil structure, finishing and low-side services works of residential, basements, compounding wall and other miscellaneous works.
