FBI Charge Conshohocken Man with Theft of Secrets

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and United States Attorney Zane David Memeger announced Tuesday that it has charged former Conshohocken resident Tung Pham, 46, with theft of trade secrets and wire fraud.
Pham, who currently resides in California, was charged with stealing trade secrets regarding pastes used in the manufacture of solar cells from his former employer.
If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 160 years’ imprisonment, a $2.25 million fine, and a special assessment of $900.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Michael L. Levy.
