Library to Move Back to Joshua Road
The William Jeans Library will relocate in March now than expansion project is complete.

After operating for the last several months at its current Harts Lane location, Whitemarsh’s public library is moving back to its full-time location at 4051 Joshua Road.
The library, which was moved for renovations, will now be able to make full use of a recently-completed 7,000 square foot addition at 4051 Joshua Road.

“We will have two small study rooms available for up to four people to [use together],” adult services and reference librarian Robyn Train said in a release. “Not only has our community room been beautifully renovated, but we [now] also have a smaller conference room which will hold up to 30 people.”
The Harts Mill location will close on Monday, February 6. The library will reopen on Joshua Road on March 5.

Books may be returned at the Joshua Road location or the Whitemarsh Police Department during the down month.
