New Garage, New Sign Proposed for Zoning Board

The Conshohocken Zoning Board will hear two applications on Monday night.

There might be a new garage going up on the 300 block of West 10th Avenue after Monday night’s Conshohocken Zoning Hearing Board meeting.

The board, which is hearing two applications at its 7:30 p.m. meeting at the , will review an application from Julian Rivera, of the 300 block of West 10th, to build a garage that would exceed current zoning restrictions by five feet.

The board will also review an application from Empathy Lab, a business located on East 8th Avenue. The company is requesting a variance to build a new sign on the premises that would exceed current size standards set by the zoning code.

All interested parties are invited to attend and to participate in the hearing, according to the township’s website.
