Plymouth Twp. Road Construction Updates for May 29- June 2

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission has released its weekly construction update for work on the "NE Extension Reconstruction and Widening Project" from the Mid-County Interchange to Berks Road:

"General construction noise may occur this week with no specific areas or neighborhoods affected. Work may include excavating, installing right-of-way fence, clearing, stump grinding, crushing rock, soil testing, and hauling. Work will occur Tuesday through Saturday with shifts 24 hours a day. Neighborhoods adjacent to the work areas may experience minimal noise impacts from heavy equipment, excavation, and backup alarms."

Jocelyn Road, Hickory Road (DAY):
Installing retaining walls Tuesday (5/29) and Wednesday (5/30) from 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Walton Road, Apollo Road, Township Line Road (DAY):
Excavating mainline and installing retaining walls Tuesday (5/29) through Saturday (6/2) from 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Walton Rd., Fountain Rd., Allandale Rd., Colton Dr., Loretta Ln., Timberfare Cr., Jolly Rd. (DAY):
Excavating mainline and installing retaining walls Tuesday (5/29) through Saturday (6/2) from 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Union Meeting Road, Jolly Road (DAY):
Installing drainage and placing subbase Tuesday (5/29) through Friday (6/1) from 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Hickory Road Mainline Bridge (DAY):
Tuesday (5/29) through Saturday (6/2) from 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Township Line Road Mainline Bridge (DAY):
Tuesday (5/29) through Friday (6/1) from 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
