Washington Towers Residents Clear Out
Frustrated that more wasn't done to keep them informed of housing complex's problems
The Washington Towers apartment complex in Whitemarsh was a beehive of activity Friday morning as soon-to-be-former residents rushed to meet a noon deadline to evacuate the condemned property.
Some expressed frustration with the short amount of time they'd been given to leave and said the township should have done more to inform tenants of the that had been levied against the building since earlier this year.
