Whitemarsh Voter Turnout High, Pollsters Say
With an evening rush still expected, pollsters pleased with turnout, weather
As evening sets in on this Election Day, polling places all over Whitermarsh Township are reporting impressive voter turnouts.
"We've already had about a third reporting in," said one pollster at Plymouth Whitemarsh Parks and Rec this afternoon. "But I think we'll do much better than that."
The Plymouth Meeting Evangelical Congregational was reporting voter turnout nearing one third of its district population as well, at about the same time.
