"Chillin' on Main," is an annual event in downtown Boyertown. Designed as a community winter festival to ring in the holiday season and encourage visitors to the downtown area, family fun and shopping are the themes of the event.
Youngsters can enjoy Santa's grand entrance and have their photo taken with him; photos will be printed free of charge and given to the children thanks to the generosity of Bause's Super Drugstore. Kids can also enjoy the people dressed up as elves, snowmen, and reindeer, and of course, Mr. Grinch! Craft activities, will be available at Studio B and inexpensive gift shopping will be available at Santa's Workshop and other tables.
Everyone can enjoy the cookies, hot chocolate, and hot dogs, as well as the Alumni Band performance and DJ. Visitors may want to visit the new art show at Studio B, the Boy Scout's table with wreaths for sale, and local merchants who will be open for shopping.
