Improve Lower Merion With The LM Report-It App
Download the app for free for Apple and Android devices.

Have you noticed any issues in and around Lower Merion Township you want addressed? Maybe a storm drain at your corner isn't working. Maybe you noticed a growing pot hole on your commute? Did you see someone violate a township code?
All of those things can be reported easily with the township's smartphone app, LM Report-It. The app allows users to snap photos, record audio, and shoot video of issues they want addressed in the township.
The app is relatively simple to use, the township says. To submit a report, a user opens the app and clicks on any of the following options: Create a Photo/Video; Browse Photo/Video; or Continue Without Photo/Video. Users then attach a photo, video clip, or sound bite to the issue then enter the address or use your current GPS location. The user then selects the type of issue that meets the issue you are reporting, writes a detail description of the issue and then submits the issue. Users can also submit an issue without a photo, video, or audio attachment, the township says.

Users can track their reports as well as see what other reports have been made. All reports are compiled in an interactive map that allows users to see the reports.
The LM Report-It app is not for emergencies, the township said.
