Saturday Club Hosting 5K, Kids Run In Wayne April 14
This marks the third annual Shuffle 5K and Kids Race April 14. Registration is open now and costs just $25 for adults and $10 for kids.

WAYNE, PA – The Saturday Club is gearing up for its third annual Shuffle 5K and Kids Race on April 14 and you can sign up for the event now.
The course is USA Track & Field Certified and will run through Wayne’s downtown business district and historic residential neighborhoods.
Registration costs $25, but the price increases slightly to $30 when registering on race day. The half-mile kids race is $10.

The kids race will being at 8:30 a.m. and the 5K at 9 p.m.

Registration and bib pick-up will begin at 7:45 a.m. at 117 West Wayne Ave.
Participants will receive a T-shirt and swag bag and kids race participants will receive a T-shirt and award.
Awards will be given out for overall winners and age groups.
First place runners will receive cash prizes.
Refreshments will be available for all participants and supporters.
Presenting sponsors include AMDG Exterior Contracting, Audi Devon and LifeTime Fitness King of Prussia, who will be leading the race warm-up session.
"We are thrilled with how popular our Shuffle 5K & Kids Race has become, and hope to see many of our supporters and community members racing again with us this April,” Cory Townend, President of The Saturday Club, said. "This is a fun, family-friendly event that helps us raise important funding for the area women’s and children’s charities we support."
The Saturday Club is among the oldest women’s clubs in both Pennsylvania and nationwide. It supports local women’s and children’s charities through volunteer service hours and grant funding, including Community Center at Visitation, Greener Partners, Milagro House, Paws and Affection, The Parkesburg Point Youth Center, The Village and Ronald McDonald House Philadelphia. In addition to philanthropy and direct community service, The Saturday Club hosts events for the local community at the group’s historic clubhouse in downtown Wayne.
