100 Steps In Snow: Manayunk's Winter Beauty Highlighted In Prints

MANAYUNK, PA - Most Manayunk locals are familiar with the Hundred Step Staircase in Manayunk near Wissahickon Park.

Many have walked up it, or down it, and fallen going up, or coming down.

One local artist has made the famous - or infamous - staircase the subject of a breathtaking piece of art.

The “Hundred Steps in the Snow” is a series of photographs taken of the staircase in the midst of a snowstorm.

Philadelphia’s Bill Cannon originally took the photos in January of 2012.
