24 Manayunk, Roxborough Businesses In People's Choice Contest

ROXBOROUGH-MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA – Round two of the first annual People’s Choice Contest from the Classic Towns of Greater Philadelphia organization is open, and you can cast your ballot for two dozen Manayunk and Roxborough establishments now.

Voting is available online now through May 22, so make sure you vote for these area establishments.

They are:

• Manayunk Brewing Company (Manayunk); Tavern on Ridge (Roxborough) – Best Bar/Brewery
• Tubby Robot Ice Cream Factory (Manayunk); C&C Creamery (Roxborough) – Best Ice Cream
• Marchiano's Bakery (Manayunk); Cafe Roma (Roxborough) – Best Bakery
• Taylor's (Roxborough) – Best Diner
• Volo Coffeehouse (Manayunk) – Best Coffee Shop
• Salon L (Manayunk); Hair Jazz (Roxborough) – Best Salon
• The Wall Cycling Studio (Manayunk); Roxborough YMCA (Roxborough) – Best Workout/Gym
• Schuylkill River Trail (Manayunk); Gorgas Park Concert Series (Roxborough) – Best Family Activity
• Manayunk-Roxborough Art Center (Manayunk and Roxborough) – Best Art Gallery/Workshop
• Threads On Main (Manayunk); Beggar's Banquet Boutique (Roxborough) – Best Clothing Shop
• Venice Island Performing Arts and Recreation Center (Manayunk) – Best Theater
• Pretzel Park (Manayunk); Gorgas Park (Roxborough) – Best Park

In round one of the contest, the public voted on their town's favorite places, and now round two will choose overall winners.
