$4,900 In High-End Purses Taken In Manayunk Commercial Burglary
Philadelphia Police said the man seen here broke into a clothing boutique on Main Street in Manayunk and took high-end purses.
MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are asking for help finding a man who broke into a Manayunk business and stole nearly $5,000 worth of merchandise.
The incident occurred at about 2:15 a.m. May 10 at 4300 Main St.
Police said the man seen above was captured on camera breaking into a clothing boutique business by smashing the front window with a hammer.

After getting inside, he took high-end purses valued at $4,900 and fled south on Main Street.
Before the break in, the man was seen walking on the 4300 block of Main Street a few times.

Police described the suspect as a black male in his 40s with a salt and pepper full beard.
He was wearing a black Calvin Klein baseball cap with "CK" on the back, dark gray/ black New Balance jacket with "NB" on left chest and writing on left sleeve, light gray sweatpants, light blue Saucony sneakers, gray/black gloves.
