4th Suspect Identified In Deadly Roxborough Shooting, Warrant Issued

Troy Fletcher, 15, is wanted for murder and related crimes in connection with the shooting that killed one boy and hurt four others.

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — A fourth suspect in the deadly shooting outside Roxborough High School has been identified, and a warrant issued for his arrest.

Philadelphia Police said Troy Fletcher, 15, has an arrest warrant for murder and related crimes in connection with the Tuesday, Sept. 27 incident that killed 14-year-old Nicholas Elizalde and hurt four other boys.

Police said Fletcher, along with 16-year-old Dayron Burney-Thorn, are fugitives from justice.

Arrested are Yaaseen Bivins, 21, and Zyheid Jones, 17.

Bivins is in federal custody for violating federal law regarding the purchase of ammunition by a convicted felon, police said.

Jones was taken into custody Thursday after attempting to flee from his residence during execution of the arrest warrant.

According to police, all the suspects either have been or will be charged with murder, firearm crimes, and four counts each of aggravated assault, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person.
