$5K Reward Offered For Info On Andorra Attempted Bank Robber
The Police & Fire Federal Credit Union on Henry Avenue was targeted by a robber March 2, but he was unable to get away with any money.
ANDORRA, PHILADELPHIA – The FBI/Philadelphia Police Department Violent Crimes Task Force is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to this capture of a man who tried to rob a credit union in the Andorra section of the city in early March.
The incident occurred at about 4:59 p.m. Friday, March 2 at the Police & Fire Federal Credit Union at 8500 Henry Ave.
The man pulled a gun on employees and demanded money, but fled the area without taking anything, authorities said.

He is described as a black male standing about 6 feet tall with a thin build.
He was wearing a black winter jacket with the hood up, a black hat, a mask, and gloves, blue jeans, tan boots, and a brown leather satchel bag over his shoulder.

The man is considered armed and dangerous.
