AcroYoga Workshop at Merge Dance Studio

Join Merge Dance Studio for an AcroYoga workshop with guest teacher Eric Mamuzich on Sat., April 16th from 3:30-5:00pm! AcroYoga will give you an amazing feeling of accomplishment and confidence. It is a whole new way of experiencing movement. Alignment and technique become very important. Learn in a really fun way of connecting and stacking people! Gaining this intelligence and putting it into use you will instantly build stability in your bodies. Standing by each other to support, spot, and coach you will use the therapeutic side of the practice to create traction or length in your bodies. Use the leverage of your own body to apply a very comfortable, relaxing, releasing experience to others. Come alone or with a friend. No experience is necessary. A good time is guaranteed! This workshop is open to teen/adult dancers (all levels) and is $20.00 to attend. Advance registration is required to attend this workshop.
