Award Cleaners Reopens In Roxborough

ROXBOROUGH -- A neighborhood-favorite business is back at it in Roxborough.

Award Cleaners has reopened after being forced to close due to a fire in late 2014.

Discounts for the grand reopening include 20 percent off all shirts and 50 percent off all dry cleaning, this weekend only.

Award is open on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Established in 1967.

Family owned and operated for over 47 years. First opened by Arthur and Lillian Russakoff, who owned and operated the business together, currently owned and operated by Harvey Russakoff and Donna Russakoff. Harvey Russakoff has worked on site for 25 years.

Harvey is the proud owner of Award Cleaners, he has been in the dry cleaning business for over 40 years. Harvey took over the family business in 1988, with his wife Donna nearly 25 years ago.
