Daily Practice in Patience Crossing the Green Lane Bridge

Should I turn left or right at Umbria and Leverington ?  Wait in single file on Main only to see very few drivers figure out there are 2 lanes in each direction going across the bridge, maybe go left and over silverwood to Green Lane and have people from side streets inch there way into the downhill traffic. I try to have a ' one car in' rule but that rarely works out. What a frustrating way to start the day. Coming home is just as crazy . There are 2 lanes heading toward Main St right ? Like I said a practice in patience.
