"We are always packed on Cinco de Mayo, so we decided the creation of taco and burrito stations would be a smart way to produce a higher volume of our menu items on what is historically the busiest day in the Mexican restaurant category," said Chef Nick Farina. "With Cinco de Mayo falling on a Friday this year, we expect to be slammed all day and evening. Our expansive new space can accommodate over 100 guests inside and on our deck, and we are expecting to be at capacity most of the evening. We're excited to celebrate our first Cinco de Mayo in our larger space with our full bar!"
There will also be a DJ on hand during the Cinco de Mayo festivities.
