Off-Duty Policeman Killed in Roxborough Crash Identified
Sergeant Rafael Ali, a ten-year Philadelphia police veteran, was 32 years old
The Philadelphia police officer killed in a Roxborough car accident over the weekend has been identified as Sergeant Rafael Ali.
According to a story from Philly.com’s breaking news desk, Sgt. Ali, who was off-duty at the time, died late Saturday after his car struck a tree on Henry Avenue. He was pronounced dead at Einstein Medical Center.
A ten-year veteran of the force, Ali was 32 years old.
