Beginner Zumba

This is a fun dance fitness class (no dance expererience needed) latin inspired tha anyone can do.  Even though  the class is easy to follow, we breaks down the key steps.

This is one of a series of classes offered by One Fit Body Programs that run on an 8 week sessions that is affordable and helps you reach your fitness goals!
