Pilates for the Community

As we celebrate our 2nd year in business, 6 Keys Pilates is offering a class for the community! This is a FREE class open to 15 participants!We want you to experience Pilates they way it was intended by Joseph Pilates and learn how to control your body. You will also learn the history, philosophy and principles of the work. We have videos and books written by Mr. Pilates his self! You will also learn that Pilates is not like Yoga and you will sweat in this class!!Benefits of Pilates include; increased flexibility, increased strength in your core and improved balance. The benefits are endless!! *Please wear comfortable clothes and socks. *Bring your own Mat. * Not recommended for individuals with major physical issues. As always, consult your physician in regards to movement.
