An aide at Cathedral Village in Roxborough said hours went by after H.R. McMaster Sr. fell. He later died from blunt trauma to the head.

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA – An aide at the retirement community where the father of former National Security Advisor Gen. H.R. McMaster died says the senior McMaster went unchecked by facility staff for hours after he fell and hit his head. Pennsylvania authorities are investigating his death as suspicious and looking into possible negligence.
The aide spoke to Action News and told the outlet that about five hours went by after H.R. McMaster Sr., 84, fell and hit his head on April 13 at the Cathedral Village Retirement Community in Roxborough.
