'Happy Holidays From Roxborough' Begins Friday, Nov 30​

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA – The annual Happy Holidays From Roxborough events are nearly here as the holiday season grows nearer.

The yearly event that is a series of stops all along Ridge Avenue begins Friday, Nov. 30.

Other holiday stops will take place on Dec. 6 and Dec. 15.

The stops are family-friendly, festive, cheerful, and bright.

All are welcome and will be able to visit Santa and friends during the Happy Holidays From Roxborough series. Complimentary photographs will be taken at all locations. Candid color photographs of children and their families will be made available digitally after the events

"Happy Holidays From Roxborough has become one of the Roxborough community’s favorite holiday events,” said Roxborough Development Corporation Executive Director James Harry Calamia. "We’re quite proud of this year’s series including the inaugural holiday tree lighting at the Roxborough Pocket Park."

Stop 1 – 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, Nov. 30

Roxborough Tree Lighting Ceremony

Light the holiday tree with Santa and join in on sing-a-longs with local carolers. Located in Roxborough Pocket Park, 6170 Ridge Ave.

Stop 2 – 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6

Pizza Neapolitan With Santa

Santa invites you to experience Neapolitan style pizza and homemade Italian meals at A Tutti Ristorante Italiano. A Tutti is located at 5154 Ridge Ave.

Stop 3 – 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 15

Holiday Crafts With Santa & His Elf

Santa and his guitar playing elf help decorate a holiday ornament or picture frame at the UPS Store in Roxborough. The UPS Store is located at 6024 Ridge Ave.
