Holiday Thursdays In Manayunk Start This week

MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA — With December finally here and Christmas looming, Main Street Manayunk is getting into the holiday spirit every week until the holiday itself.

From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Thursday through Christmas, Main Street will be bustling with deals, music, decorations, and of course Santa Claus.

Guests will find food and drink deals, shopping specials, and live entertainment including Courtney’s Carolers, the Philadelphia Freedom Band, the Roxborough Orchestra, and Santa.

Additionally, they will see 50-plus decorated storefronts, windows, roofs, and more lining the street for Manayunk’s 3rd Annual Get LIT! decorating event.

Each week, spectators have the chance to win a $50 Manayunk gift card by sharing their favorite decked out building on Instagram.

The free Jolly Trolley will also be running up and down Main Street making several stops at your favorite businesses.

Riders can expect contests, giveaways, music, and Jolly Trolley swag bags.
