ICYMI: Manayunk Announces 'Early Halloween'

This year, you can expect trick or treaters with costumes to be filling the streets on October...24.

Halloween will be celebrated early in Manayunk this year, with a day full of festivities from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Trick or treating along Main Street businesses, along with a costume parade all the way to the Philadelphia Flea Market, will be highlights of the day.

On the nationally recognized Halloween Day, Saturday, October 31, there are more adult-themed events, including costume contests and bar crawls.

Here’s the full schedule for the 24th:

11AM: Trick or Treating Begins

11:30AM-2PM: Chew Philly Haunted Food Tour

12PM: Dog Parade

1PM: Kid’s Costume Parade

2PM: Pumpkin Carving Contest

TBD: Movie Night

HAPPENING ALL DAY: Kid’s Crafts, Face Painting, Straw Maze, Philadelphia Flea Market
