Like chilling to the sounds of jazz? Like savoring a cup of joe? Then get the best of both worlds this Sunday evening, September 18, 2016 from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Jazz & Joe event with The Alan Segal Quintet at the Church of St. Alban Episcopal in Roxborough.

Jazz & Joe is a “coffee-house” style event open to the public and secular in nature. Active listening, quiet conversation, and mingling are welcomed and encouraged. Light refreshments, and of course, coffee will be served. There is no cost for admission.

The Alan Segal Quintet specializes in the Philadelphia Style Jazz sound and showcases some of the most accomplished & brilliant jazz musicians on the scene. The group is comprised of Eddie Etkins on saxophone, George Sinkler on piano, Leon Jordan Sr. on drums, Randy Sutin on vibes and percussion, and Alan Segal on bass.
