"Since March is National Women’s History month, I thought it might be appropriate to ask someone from our community to tell us about one of our community’s oldest and most cherished homes," Historical Society President Lynn Trimborn said. "As many of you may know the Roxborough Home for Women is celebrating its 130th Anniversary this year. Frank Furness was one of the architects involved in its creation and the Gorgas family donated the land and money toward the home."
The lecture is free to attend.
