Manayunk Brewery Hosting 'Haunted Bash' Saturday

MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA – Manayunk Brewery is getting eerie this weekend as it is hosting "Manayunk's Haunted Brewery Bash" on Saturday, Oct. 28.

The ticketed party will be held from 8 p.m to 2 a.m. at the brewery, 4120 Main St., Manayunk.

Guests will be able to enjoy two floors of entertainment, drink specials, giveaways, a costume contest, and a heated patio.

Light buffet food will be served from 9 p.m. to midnight.

Those who participate in the costume contest have a chance to win $500 cash and prizes.

There area three categories in the contest: Sexiest Costume, Best Group Costume (three or more people), and Best Individual Costume.

Staff will be checking out everyone's costumes to see who the best of the best are They will be handing out tickets for the top costumes. Those tickets are you ticket to the contest. Participants should ask the staff when the contest will be so you do not miss out.

General admission tickets cost $14.95, but groups of six or more can pick up tickets for $9.95 a piece. Tickets are available online here. Ticket will be available at the door so long as they don't sell out online.

Tickets get you access to the bash, an on-the-house first drink up to 11 p.m., and drink specials by Miller Lite and Fireball featuring the elusive cocktail "Spider Cider."

Additionally, you will get a "passport" to upcoming events in Manayunk.

The passport will give you access to The Manayunk Brewery, Bourbon Blue, Sona, JD McGillicuddy's, The Bayou, and Cactus Cantina where you will not pay additional cover charges all night long. Enter Mad River by 11 p.m. for no cover, as well. After 11 p.m., cover charges apply at Mad River.

You must check in at the location to which you bought tickets. You cannot get an open bar or free drink at venues other than the one you bought your ticket to, but you can freely go to any of these bars with your wristband throughout the night.
