Manayunk's Paper Street Pub Closes For Good

MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA — Another local business has closed its door for good amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Paper Street Pub in Manayunk announced Tuesday that it is closed.

"It's with a heavy heart that we have permanently closed our doors," the restaurant wrote on social media.

The restaurant cited the quarantine as the impetus for its closure.

"We will never forget the memories and friendships made here, as we hope you all cherish too," the restaurant wrote in the announcement.

Fans of the restaurants are asked to share their favorite photos and experiences from Spanky's and Paper Street Pub.

"We appreciate everyone that supported us and we hope you keep the spirit of Spanky's and Paper Street Pub alive!"
