Manayunk's Paper Street Pub Closes For Good

The impacts of the coronavirus have closed yet another local business, as the Paper Street Pub on Umbria Street has closed for good.

MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA — Another local business has closed its door for good amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Paper Street Pub in Manayunk announced Tuesday that it is closed.

"It's with a heavy heart that we have permanently closed our doors," the restaurant wrote on social media.

The restaurant cited the quarantine as the impetus for its closure.

"We will never forget the memories and friendships made here, as we hope you all cherish too," the restaurant wrote in the announcement.
