Dining for Dollars sponsored by the 21st Ward Fourth of July Parade Association, runs from 5 pm to 9 pm.

Celebrate family, feasting, and the upcoming Fourth of July Parade (a wee bit early) on Monday, April 25, by coming to Dining for Dollars at Pina’s Pizza & A Family Restaurant, Roxborough Market Square, 8919 Ridge Ave (between Manatawna Ave & Old Line Rd) in Andorra. Dining for Dollars, sponsored by the 21st Ward Fourth of July Parade Association, runs from 5 pm to 9 pm, when Pina’s will donate 10% of all sales to support the Independence Day Parade of Sunday Schools and Churches. Eat In or call ahead (215-483-5553) for Take Out or Delivery. Enjoy a mouth-watering and delicious selection of steaks or chicken steaks, hoagies, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, wings, homemade pasta, Italian specialties, seafood, and of course, pizza! [This writer’s favorite is the Chicken Marsala…Yum!]
Save the date! Join us on Monday, July 4, 2016 for the 186th year of the Independence Day Parade of Sunday Schools and Churches. The 21st Ward Fourth of July Association is pleased to announce that St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Manayunk, celebrating 185 years of service to Christ and Community, will be first in the line of march. St. John the Baptist has chosen Psalms 127:1 (adapted from New American Bible) as the Parade Theme, “If the Lord does not build the house, then in vain do the builders labor." The first parade planning meeting will be held on Monday, May 16, 2016 at St. John the Baptist. For more information, call 215-482-6513.
