New Coworking Space Coming To Manayunk This Spring

MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA – Manayunk area small business owners, entrepreneurs, and residents who don't have a home base for their work duties might be interested to know a coworking space is coming to the neighborhood in spring 2018.

M7 Media Group announced recently it will be opening a coworking space at 4323 Main Street in Manayunk, in the historic Nickels Building, in March of 2018.

The 6,000 square foot space will feature conference rooms, meeting areas, and desk space.

The location will also offer the community options for cultural and networking events, education and training rooms, lectures, meetups, and – of course – cost effective workspace solutions.

"The Nickels Building CoWorking is a natural fit with our efforts to grow our relationship with small business owners," M7 CEO Jim Bauer said in a release. "We could not be happier to grow our business in this gorgeous building in the heart of this historic community. We intend to become a valued resource and dedicated partner to the people who live and work here."

An early adopter rate to the first 50 people who signup for membership can get unlimited desk space for $99 a month for the year.

Bauer will also operate MainStCEO, a small business media platform, out of The Nickles Building beginning March of 2018.

"MainStCEO connects and promotes these business owners through video, print and digital platforms and an event series called IdeationTalk."
