New Coworking Space To Open In Historic Manayunk Building

The Nickels Building in Manayunk is opening a new co-working space.

MANAYUNK, PA -- A new co-working space is opening in a historic building in Manayunk, the Lipton Management Group announced in a recent press release.

The Nickels Building, a former FW Woolworth Building, was constructed in 1896. On the second floor was a music hall.

The 6,000 square foot space. It's located in the heart of downtown on 4323 Main Street.

The space will include working stations, offices, conference rooms, and more. It can be used as an event venue as well.

Six companies have signed up to be tenants of the new space so far, including WA Staples, Main Street CEO, and N7 Media, amid others. Both individuals and companies will be able to rent.
