Parks On Tap Is At Roxborough's Gorgas Park This Week

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — The popular roving beer garden Parks on Tap is coming to Roxborough this week.

Parks on Tap will make its stop in Gorgas Park Wednesday, July 31 through Sunday, Aug. 4.

Gorgas Park is located at 6300 Ridge Avenue in Roxborough.

Hours are 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday; 4 p.m. to 11 p.m Fridays; 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturdays; and noon to 10 p.m. on Sundays.
Food options include brisket cheesesteak, quinoa salad, smoky deviled eggs, potato salad, and chocolate chip cookies.

Drinks include nine different beers, wine, hard cider, iced tea, and lemonade.

Each stop of Parks on Tap features seating and tables, games, and temporary restrooms.

A portion of the proceeds raised from Parks on Tap go to support the participating parks.
