Philadelphia Soul Return To Roxborough For 'Town Takeover' Event

ROXBOROUGH -- On Wednesday, April 13, 2016, the Philadelphia Soul will be coming back to Northern Children’s Services 6-acre campus for their Town Takeover event, they announced in a press release Tuesday.

This is a family-friendly event open to the community, as well as the children, youth and families of Northern. Children and youth will get the chance to catch passes with the Philadelphia Soul quarterback, run drills with the Soul team, dance with the Philadelphia Soulmates, get a signed autograph and more.

This will be a highly visible event. Photo and interview opportunities will be available with the Philadelphia Soul team, the Philadelphia Soulmates and Northern’s president and CEO.

Special participants include but are not limited to: the Philadelphia Soul team, the Philadlephia Soulmate dancers, Northern’s staff and more.

The event starts at 6:30 p.m. on Connell Field, which can be accessed from Righter Street on 5301 Ridge Avenue.

Parking will be limited to the street and few spots in the campus.
